Frequently Asked Questions

Below are some common questions which we are often asked, if you have any other questions please do get in touch using the contact page

Does the price change if there are more people to photograph?

No, the price does not vary in regards to the amount of people at the shoot. You will be asked at the time of booking who will be attending just so we can have everything prepared for when you arrive.

If the portraits are taken in the shop won't I be seen by members of the public?

No need to worry! A curtain is pulled across to ensure privacy when you are being photographed so you will not be seen by anyone in the shop.

Why do I need to pay a deposit?

A £25 deposit is taken up front when booking. The reason for this is to secure your booking and guarantee your appointment slot is kept free. Don't forget that the deposit that you pay is taken off any prints that you order It is not a sitting fee.

Do you charge a 'sitting fee'?

No unlike some photographers we do not charge a 'sitting fee' on top of print costs. You only pay for the prints. There are no sneaky hidden charges or extra costs!

How long does the session last?

Session length varies dependant on several factors, Generally 30-45 minutes is an average length of time per shoot. Christine (the photographer) will listen to what sort of images you would like and photograph accordingly whilst giving her own ideas also.

If I would like more prints at a later date do you keep them on file?

Yes, that's fine. All of our portrait images are kept on file indefinately so you can
re-order at any time.
